For a flat rate, we will provide you with the ability to upload the documents that your client has submitted through our Dropbox, go through the documents submitted, and provide you with a snapshot of what documents were submitted and what, if any, are missing so that your firm can properly complete a Certificate of Compliance. Conversely, we can review the documents provided by the opposing party, confirm that the documents set forth in their Certificate of Compliance were actually provided and are the documents required to be disclosed pursuant to the rules.  We will then provide you with a snapshot of what, if any, documents are missing for purposes of compelling production of those documents.

REQUEST TO PRODUCE (FLORIDA)

We will provide you with the ability to upload the documents that your client has submitted through our Dropbox, go through the documents submitted, and provide you with a snapshot of what documents were submitted and what, if any, are missing so that your firm can properly complete a Response to Request to Produce.  Conversely, we can review the documents provided by the opposing party, confirm that the documents set forth in their Response to Request to Produce were actually provided.  We will then provide you with a snapshot of what, if any, documents are missing for purposes of compelling production of those documents.
